Get Written Materials in Different Languages and Alternative Formats

HPSM provides member materials at no cost in:

• Four threshold languages: English, Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog (the four most commonly spoken languages in San Mateo County), as well as other languages upon request.
• Alternate formats (such as large print, Braille or audio).

Materials that can be downloaded are shown below with descriptions of each type. Members can also:

• Individually request other communications (e.g., letters).
• Order print materials in your preferred language or alternative format.

Members can get these materials by contacting Member Services or the CareAdvantage Unit.
