ACE Fee Waiver Participants ages 19-25 moved to Medi-Cal

On January 1st, 2020, ACE Fee Waiver program participants ages 19 to 25 transitioned into full scope Medi-Cal. This change is being made because Governor Newsom signed a measure in July 2019 making California the first state to give undocumented young adults state-sponsored health care. 

These members were covered through Fee-For-Service (FFS) Medi-Cal with the State for the month of January. Since February 1st, they have been assigned to HPSM.
