Changes to Medi-Cal

Medi-Cal rules are changing.

Some changes are happening that may affect how you get medical or dental care, how often you renew, or what you need to do to keep your coverage.

Not every change applies to every member. Most changes affect members who are:

• Undocumented
• Green card holders (lawful permanent residents) who must wait five years for full Medi-Cal
• Allowed to live in the U.S. but do not have official immigration status (PRUCOL)
