HPSM Chief Health Officer Amy Scribner was interviewed about our approach to assisted living support and relationship with the Institute on Aging for a recently released report called “Strengthening CalAIM’s Assisted Living Transitions: The Role of Community Care Hubs”. Scribner is quoted several times in the report, which was written by independent journalist Robin Buller for the California Health Care Foundation, an independent, nonprofit philanthropy that works to improve the health care system so that all Californians have the care they need.
