RIC is a group that helps health plans address the needs of dually eligible Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. In March 2021, RIC published a brief entitled "Key Considerations for Health Plans: Partnering with Community-Based Organizations to Address Social Determinants of Health." The brief explores how addressing basic quality of life issues through supplemental programs can improve people’s health while reducing need for health care services. CCSP is profiled starting on page 4, and a link to HPSM’s member stories is included on page 6.
