HPSM's Community Care Settings Program Featured on KALW Public Radio
KALW radio’s award-winning news program, Crosscurrents, aired a special segment on HPSM’s Community Care Settings Program (CCSP) on Thursday, September 2nd. The segment featured excerpts from an interview with Kojo, an HPSM member that CCSP has helped. Click below to listen to the program online.

KALW is a San Francisco public radio station that broadcasts innovative local programming as well as syndicated programs from the BBC, NPR and other networks. Special thanks to the following individuals who helped make this broadcast possible:
- Amy Scribner, HPSM’s Population Health Officer
- John Bamberger, a UCSF doctor who referred the KALW reporter to HPSM’s CCSP
- Jeannie Mon, an Institute on Aging (IOA) Care Manager who works with CCSP and helped arrange facility tours
- Lynne Siracusa, a Social Worker who provided the tour at Coastside Adult Day Care in Half Moon Bay
- Kojo, for agreeing to be interviewed and filmed at Home Sweet Home, a Daly City RCFE where he lives
