Resources To Support Parents

Your child’s health needs can change at different ages. HPSM has many resources that can help you and your child be healthy — at no cost! Choose from a range of general health information, tips, wellness programs and community resources.

Health Information Library includes guides and booklets with tips you can download. Health topics include regular well visits (or checkups), vaccines, oral health and more.

Children’s Health Tips include general health information and resources about different health topics, such as:

  • How to choose your child’s primary care provider (PCP) and dentist
  • Information about what to expect during your child’s well visits (or checkups)
  • Tools to track your child’s well visits, growth and vaccines
  • Advice for caring for your child’s teeth
  • Community resources to support children, parents and families
  • And more

Baby + Me Program supports members who are pregnant or recently gave birth by connecting them to local services and resources. Plus, HPSM Medi-Cal members can earn up to $100 in gift cards for going to two visits with their PCP.
