Support For Mental Health

Taking care of your mental health and addressing substance use helps you handle stress, be happier and achieve your goals.

You can get support like talk therapy, medicines and more. You pay $0 for these services.

Ask for support when you notice mood or behavior changes that affect your ability to:

  • Take care of yourself
  • Stay on top of your to-do’s
  • Build healthy relationships

To get connected to the right care, you can:

  • Call your primary care provider (PCP)
  • Or call the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) ACCESS Call Center at 1-800-686-0101

If you are experiencing a crisis, call the San Mateo County Crisis Line at 650-579-0350 or the 9-8-8 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Don't know your PCP? Find out who they are or choose one using the Member Portal.
