This document provides the strategy for the Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) to prepare for, react to, and respond to disasters and emergencies. The goal is to maintain vital services to its members and providers with as little downtime and/or disruption as possible, and to restore these services as quickly as possible should there be any disruptions.
