We are proudly partnering with First 5 San Mateo County to offer new parents a Well Baby Package that supports their baby’s health through HPSM’s Baby + Me program. The package includes books for babies, health tips and tools that will help members:
- Obtain healthcare coverage for their baby.
- Select a primary care provider (PCP) and dentist for their baby.
- Follow the recommended vaccine schedule up to age six.
- Know when to schedule well visits during their baby’s first three years.
- Discuss their baby’s growth milestones during well visits.
- Track their baby’s developmental progress.
