If you are under 18, you can request a ride to certain types of services without a parent or guardian’s consent (see below). Call HPSM Member Services at 1-800-750-4776 or 650-616-2133. (TTY: call 1-800-735-2929 or 711.) Call center hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tell them you need a ride for minor consent services. Member Services will arrange the ride with American Logistics.
