- Member Handbook Explains coverage, including healthcare services, prescription medicine coverage, prior authorization, utilization management and more. View it online.
- Summary of Benefits (for CareAdvantage members) Briefly explains benefits and services with answers to frequently asked questions, contact information and a description of your member rights. View it online.
- Provider Directory A listing of all doctors and specialists. Search it online. For help finding a provider, call Member Services (if you are a Medi-Cal, HealthWorx or ACE member) or the CareAdvantage Unit (if you are a CareAdvantage member.
- Formulary (list of covered medicines)
- CareAdvantage members: to find out if your medicines are covered, search the Formulary online.
- Pharmacy services for Medi-Cal members are managed by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) through the Medi-Cal Rx program. Use the online medicine lookup tool. For questions about your medicine benefit, log into the Medi-Cal Rx Beneficiary Portal. Help is also available by phone at 1-800-977-2273 (TTY users dial 7-1-1).
