No-cost language assistance services are available to HPSM members who have a preferred language other than English. For example, members can get materials (such as the Member Handbook, Provider Directory and Formulary) by request at no cost in many languages and alternative formats (such as large print, braille and audio).
- Members can view and download materials in our four threshold languages (English, Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog) on our website
- Members can order printed copies of any materials in their preferred language or alternative format by contacting Member Services or the CareAdvantage Unit
