Well Baby Packages for New Parents Through HPSM’s Baby + Me Program

We are proudly partnering with First 5 San Mateo County to offer new parents a Well Baby Package that supports their baby’s health through HPSM’s Baby + Me program. The package includes books for babies, health tips and tools that will help members:

  • Obtain healthcare coverage for their baby.
  • Select a primary care provider (PCP) and dentist for their baby. 
  • Follow the recommended vaccine schedule up to age six.
  • Know when to schedule well visits during their baby’s first three years.
  • Discuss their baby’s growth milestones during well visits.
  • Track their baby’s developmental progress.
