We now contract with Breathe California to provide our qualified members with an Asthma Program featuring:

1. Asthma preventative services, which are a Medi-Cal benefit and include clinic- and home-based education for asthma, its triggers and causes, how to prevent attacks, symptom management, and more. 

2. An in-home assessment that helps members live more comfortably in their homes by:

• Identifying environmental conditions that can trigger asthma symptoms.

• Making remediations (such as removing mold and increasing ventilation).
• Offering remediating supplies (such as air filters, vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers, and hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers).
