Doula services are covered for HPSM Medi-Cal, CareAdvantage and HealthWorx members during pregnancy, birth (including still birth), abortion and miscarriage (pregnancy loss).
Doulas provide:
- Emotional and physical support to patients.
- Online and in-person visits.
- Up to eight total prenatal and postpartum visits.
