Join our Community Advisory Committee (CAC)

Are you an HPSM member or family member of one? Join our CAC to share your input and ideas. Help improve the programs and services that matter most to our community.

The Committee meets four times a year and lunch is served at every meeting. HPSM members also get a $50 stipend for every meeting they attend.

  • Other ways you can share your input and ideas are through focus groups, one-on-one interviews or email.
