- Respond as soon as you can to any mail you get from San Mateo County Human Services Agency (HSA) or the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)
- Update any changes to your address or phone number by either:
- Using the online BenefitsCal Portal
- Calling HSA at 1-800-223-8383 Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Report immigration status changes to HSA by either:
- Calling 1-800-541-5555 Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Visiting a DHCS office near you
