Proposition 56 payments to Medi-Cal dental providers, originally slated to end July 1, 2026 have been extended one year until July 1, 2027. This means the Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) will continue to disperse full Prop 56 payments for the HPSM Dental services that previously received these additional, supplemental payments.
