Required Provider Training and Training Attestation

All providers contracted with the Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) must review required training materials to comply with regulatory requirements. Providers must then sign and complete HPSM’s provider training attestation web form annually. All providers are required to review these training materials and sign the attestation form by April 2, 2026.

These regulations come from the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
