By mid-October, you will get an ANOC in the mail. This is sent to all CareAdvantage members. It explains all changes in costs, rules, benefits and coverage that will start on January 1, 2024. It also lets members ask for printed member materials like the Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits, Formulary and Provider Directory. If you do not get an ANOC by the end of October, please call the CareAdvantage Unit.
