Optometry: Exception to “Any Willing Provider"
HPSM is currently not accepting additional providers in optometry due to the sufficient number of optometry specialists in HPSM’s provider network. Applications for HPSM credentialing will be accepted in the future only if the need for additional optometry specialists increases.
