Join our partners at the San Mateo County Health for a screening and panel discussion of the PBS Documentary, “The Risk of Giving Birth.” This film examines the maternal health crisis in the United States with a special focus on the impact of structural racism on Black mothers, and the alarming rise in complications for Latina mothers.
This is a free event and will include a live panel discussion after the screening with members of the production team as well as local health care officials.
