The Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) is always making improvements to our website to ensure network providers can access information they need, when they need it. That’s why today we are launching the HPSM Provider News webpage, our one-stop shop for all important provider updates.
The HPSM Provider News page will replace both our provider notifications and provider newsletter hubs, combining them into one location. Providers can go to the page to access both in the same location or sort by newsletter articles or notifications. As a reminder:
Provider notifications are sent weekly and usually contain timely updates about regulatory requirements or HPSM policies and programs.
Our HEALTHmattersMD provider newsletter is sent quarterly and includes longer-form articles with big network updates, reminders about critical HPSM programs, and more.
