Get an In-Person Language Interpreter

In-person sign language interpreters are available by appointment for HPSM members.

During the COVID pandemic, in-person interpreters are available only for American Sign Language (ASL). Providers are required to submit request for ASL in-person interpreter 5 business days prior to member appointment.

To schedule an in-person ASL interpreter:

  1. Complete the In-Person Sign Language Interpreter Services Request Form
  2. Email or fax completed forms to the HPSM Quality Department at least 5 business days before the appointment.
  3. Receive confirmation of assigned ASL interpreter from HPSM
