Schedule your appointment
- Click the RSVP button below, which will open Safeway’s sign-up page in a new browser window
- Choose an appointment time from the available slots
- Enter the names of each person in your vehicle who wants the vaccine
- The clinic is open to HPSM members three years and older
- Click the “Submit and Sign Up” button

Get ready for your appointment
- Download and complete the informed consent form and bring it to the clinic
- Fill out one form for each person in your vehicle who wants the vaccine
- If you can’t print the form, just come at your appointment time and we will give you a form to fill out
- You must come in a vehicle: you cannot walk up or use HPSM’s health care ride service for this event
- Bring the HPSM member ID card of each person in your vehicle who wants the vaccine
- Wear a mask or cloth face covering
- Wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm
Please do NOT attend the clinic if you are sick
What will happen at the clinic
The clinic will be held in the parking lot in front of HPSM’s office
- Signs nearby will help you find it
- Once you get there, volunteers will show you where to drive your vehicle
- Wait in line inside your vehicle
When it is your turn
- Remain inside your vehicle and open the window
- Present your HPSM member ID card
- You will get the shot while inside your vehicle through the open window
