Uninsured children from birth to age 19 who are not eligible for Medi-Cal and Healthy Families may qualify:
- Immigration status does not affect eligibility
- Eligibility depends on family income
- Families must live in San Mateo County
- Children are required to have been uninsured for six months in order to qualify
