Health Education Resources

HPSM benefits include access to health education classes and materials to help our members learn how to live well and be healthy. We have classes and materials on a variety of topics like asthma, diabetes, weight management, and how to stop smoking, These are available to members in our Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, HealthWorx, and CareAdvantage programs. At this time, San Mateo ACE participants are eligible to receive only health education materials.
