Advisory Committees for Quality Improvement

Provider Recruitment in Progress

HPSM is looking for providers who are interested in quality improvement and participating on an advisory committee. Opportunities to provide guidance are available in the areas of physician outreach, benefits formulary, and quality improvement projects.

Physician Advisory Group
Physician members provide input on the health plan’s quality and provider outreach initiatives.

Pharmacy Review Committee 
Providers offer input on the health plan’s pharmacy benefits formulary.

Quality Assessment and Improvement Committee
Providers offer feedback on HPSM’s quality improvement projects, review HEDIS scores, and offer recommendations on quality initiatives.

Requirements
Participation requires attending committee meetings which are held every two or three months. Meetings are scheduled for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
