The Health Services Department is responsible for ensuring that the Plan’s overall health services, utilization review and quality assurance measures and parameters are established and maintained in compliance with DHS and DMHC provisions. The Health Services team maintains a high standard for quality, cost-effective care, and works with the provider network to foster and maintain their support of the Plan itself, while keeping members’ medical needs at the forefront.
