Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI) develops and implements programs to continuously improve the overall quality of care for HPSM members. We work together with providers and community partners on quality improvement projects, and with all HPSM staff on quality efforts throughout the company. The QAI department places a special emphasis on primary and secondary preventive health activities to do as much as possible to keep our members healthy.
