Plans and evaluates activities related to new programs and existing operations; Monitors the performance of providers in achieving and maintaining quality standards and goals established by HPSM, state and federal agencies and other outside organizations; Supports other HPSM divisions to evaluate their achievement of HPSM objectives and goals; Handles public inquiries, legislative activities, Knox-Keene compliance and state contract negotiations.
