Management Information Systems
MIS supports the health plan by providing reporting and data processing services. We are divided into three subunits. The Programming team develops reports, supports electronic transactions, and automates business processes. The Operations team manages our computer hardware, phone systems, and help desk. The configuration unit modifies Amisys, our claims processing system, to meet the varying requirements of our five lines of business.
